Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup

Creamy Tomato Soup Recipe - The perfect accompaniment to any grilled cheese sandwich and one of the easiest soups on earth to make.

Ingredients:

  • 28 oz can of San Marzano tomatoes

  • 1 whited onion, roughly chopped

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp fennel seeds

  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

  • 2 bay leaves

  • 1/2 c heavy cream

  • canola or olive oil

  • salt
